Take us through a typical training week?
A normal day would be a 7.30 arrival with daily monitoring and strapping. We then have a skills session eg scrums lineout. Then back in for a team meeting and out to training for about 2 hours of on field skills/conditioning. Following that we have an ice bath recovery and lunch and then 1-1.5 hours of gym in the afternoon and then back our for other personal skills session. This is usually repeated each day with a recovery day mid-week.

Stay fit and healthy and help encourage young girls to try rugby 7's.
